The operation method of poultry hair removal machine is as follows:
1. After unpacking, check all parts first. If the screws are loose during transportation, re reinforce them. Turn the chassis by hand to see if it is flexible. Otherwise, adjust the rotating belt.
2. After the position of the machine is determined, install a knife switch or pull switch on the plate wall beside the machine.
3. When the chickens and ducks are slaughtered, the knife edge shall be as small as possible. After slaughtering, the chickens and ducks shall be dipped in warm water (about 30 ℃) to warm the feathers of the whole body. Some salt shall be put in the warm water to avoid the skin damage during stretching.
4. Scald the chicken and duck soaked in 75 ℃ hot water and stir them with a wooden stick to make them scald evenly.
5. Put the scalded chicken and duck into the machine, and put 1-5 ducks at a time.
6. When the knife switch is turned on, the machine starts and runs while adding water and hot water to the poultry. The stretched feathers and dirt come out with the water flow. The water can be recycled. The feathers can be stretched out in a minute to remove the dirt on the skin of the whole body.
