燙池的結構特點：
池體全部采用厚度為2mm的不銹鋼板折彎焊接而成，該機采用蒸氣加熱，采用提水噴淋式攪拌，使熱水上下翻滾均勻，使燙毛效果更加均勻，兩側護蓋及上蓋全部采用厚度為1mm的不銹鋼板制作而成，中間提水部分采用2mm厚的不銹鋼板折彎焊接而成。
浸燙池/每臺配備動力：提水電機2臺，單動力為3kw。燙池技術參數：
燙毛率99%、燙殘率1%，水溫根據雞齡56—59度、燙毛時間2—3分鐘。外型尺寸：7000×1000×2200
